Transmitter Combiners

Using this product is an efficient and effective way to combine multiple transmitters on one TX antenna. There are two types of transmitter combiners: Cavity type and hybrid type. Hybrid combiners are generally used for close Tx to Tx separations, where standard cavity combiners will not work. Hybrid combiners are a good way to combine signals while maintaining high port-to-port isolations, but insertion losses will usually be higher than in cavity type transmitter combiners. There are many different types of cavity combiners that Sinclair offers; 7”, 8.5”, 10” cavities and ceramic. The type of cavity used will vary depending on Tx-Tx and Tx-Rx separations, frequency, expandability, flexibility and space availability. Sinclair will analyze the application and determine the best transmitter combiner to be used for that specific application.
